Care Instructions

Handmade pieces are inherently different from commercially produced ceramics, and thus care needs to be taken to ensure they continue to serve you well in your everyday life.

Handwash your pieces after every use with mild soap and water and ensure that they are dry before storing them.

Some pieces may start to stain naturally over time, this is normal and is a characteristic of crackle glazes. Avoid dark/strong liquids if you do not wish for them to stain.

Due to the nature of the clay, microwaving is not recommended. Do not heat them in an oven or under direct fire. Avoid thermal shocks by not pouring boiling water in a cold cup and vice versa as this may fracture the piece.
